If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Foliato is a document management platform that allows users to upload, organize, and share documents within organizations and projects. The Service includes features such as file storage, folder organization, team collaboration, role-based access control, and project templates.

You retain all ownership rights to the documents and files you upload to Foliato ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We do not access, review, or analyze the content of your files except as necessary to provide the Service, enforce these Terms, or comply with legal requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Foliato offers multiple subscription plans with different features and limits. Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with prior notice. Changes to pricing will not affect your current billing period.
New accounts receive a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Features may be limited or disabled after the trial expires.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
While we implement measures to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of Your Content. We are not liable for any loss of data due to system failures, security breaches, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by MicroSaasFactory Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MICROSAASFACTORY INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MicroSaasFactory Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data 30 days after termination.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Sections 5, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
