Yes. Uploaded files are stored on Foliato's managed cloud infrastructure. If you need an on-premise installation or in-house deployment, contact your administrator.

Which operating systems does the desktop app support?

macOS 12+ (Intel and Apple Silicon) and Windows 10/11. Linux is on the roadmap.

Can I sync only specific folders?

Yes. From the app you can enable selective sync per folder within each project.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Your organization enters read-only mode for 30 days. During that time you can export or download everything. After that, data is permanently deleted.

Yes, from the Billing page. Changes apply immediately and are prorated.
